Sólorka lives by the Altea-bay, designated by World Health Organization, WHO, as one of the healthiest spots on Earth. Every morning, our guests are feeling this after wakening up after a good night's sleep.
The bay takes its name from the beautiful old town of Altea, originally Althaia which in both Greek and Arabic refers to the process of healing. Ancient ruins show us that the Romans had wellness studios here already 2000 years ago.
In this magnificent area we have our resort and our wide range of first-class facilities. We have a large number of football-fields with both natural and artificial turf. Also, we have good facilities for tennis, padel, padbol and other outdoor sports as well as pavilions for all indoor sports.
In addition, we are in one of the most beautiful and most popular bicycle areas in the whole of Europe, and many professional teams are having their training camps here.
