Payment Method and Terms
It is stated on our website, brochures and other materials, what each individual visit costs, and what the price covers and gives access to. Please note that you as a visitor must bear the cost and responsibility for passports, insurance, etc.
If you book a visit more than 90 days before departure, you will usually receive an invoice that breaks the price down into a booking fee and a remaining fee. The booking fee must be paid no later than 7 days after the booking. The balance must be paid no later than 90 days before departure.
If you book your visit less than 90 days but more than 45 days before departure, you must pay the full price no later than 7 days after booking.
If the visit is booked less than 45 days, but more than 14 days before departure, the full price must be paid within 48 hours of booking.
If you book your visit less than 14 days before departure, you must make a special agreement with Sólorka for payment.
All Sólorka-visits must be paid by bank transfer.
Please note that if the payment terms or deadlines are not met, we may, at our discretion, be forced to cancel the booking, without any refund of any premiums already paid.
However, Sólorka may in certain cases agree to deviate from a single payment deadline if special circumstances arise. In such a case, written confirmation of this from us is required.
School classes and certain other groups
It is possible for school classes and certain other groups to make an agreement to have the fee divided into three parts. The last fee must then always be paid no later than 60 days before departure.
Please note that paid parts cannot be refunded if groups choose to cancel for any reason.
